Layout of the Week, A Fun New Challenge Site, Etc.

I don't have any new creations to post for you today. I can't wait to post the layout I just made for Vintage Plum but I have to wait until the voting is over to do so...if you feel so inclined, please head on over THERE to take a peek at the layout before it posts here and if you like it, throw in your vote for me! In other exciting news (well, exciting for me!) my Guilty Pleasures layout was made Layout of the Week over on Simply Scrapping. Woohoo! This was just one of those layouts that just really makes you feel good once it's completed. You just know there's something special about it. I had a great time making it! (See THIS POST for all the pics and details.)

I discovered a fun new challenge site today, too. Spunky Scrappers!! The idea is for this to be a fun place for the spunky side of your scrapping. Head on over and check out the gallery - there is definitely some fun, spunky scrappin' going on there!! And there's a sketch challenge going on - I'm thinking of working on something in that vein tonight.

Tomorrow is Thursday! I love Thursdays because it's Hip Hop with Unity Stamp Co. I love knowing that I'll be breaking out the Unity love at least once a week. I was hoping my July Kit of the Month would show up today but, alas, no. Maybe tomorrow just in time for this week's challenges. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. And, of course, Hip Hop is followed on Friday with Hip Hop Hangover. Don't forget to come back here on Friday for my weekly display of Unity fun.

OK, really, I'm just about through. I just have a couple more fun challenge recommendations for the week for you. You KNOW I'm a challenge junkie. I try to play on the ones that are the most fun!

Among them: sketches, use your stash, prompts, and I will be hosting a scrapbooking techniques challenge. There are a few initial challenges going on - hop on over, check it out, sign up, and PLAY!!!
